Join us for AppleFest, an afternoon dedicated to celebrating apples, cider, Southern heirloom varieties, and everything we love about fall at the orchard.
Apples are more than the backdrop here. They’re at the heart of what we do. From the unique character of Southern heirloom apples to the cider poured in your glass, AppleFest is a chance to celebrate the connection between orchard, harvest, and cider while enjoying a beautiful October afternoon at James Creek.

Break out the lederhosen and dirndls and join us at James Creek Cider House on Saturday, October 17 from 4–8pm for our own cider-country celebration of Oktoberfest!
We’re bringing together German-inspired food, live music, seasonal drinks, and plenty of Oktoberfest fun for a fall evening at the orchard.

Come hungry! Schnitzelhouse NC will be serving from 3–8pm with German-inspired favorites perfect for pairing with a glass of cider.
At the bar, look for German-inspired James Creek cider, along with our regular lineup of small-batch ciders. We’ll also have beer and non-alcoholic options available, so there’s something for everyone in your group.

Grab your food and your favorite pour, find a spot to settle in, and enjoy David Brown live from 4–7pm.
October evenings are made for good music, good drinks, and spending a little extra time outside—and the orchard makes a pretty great backdrop. 🍂🎶

We want to see your Oktoberfest best! Lederhosen, dirndls, and German-inspired attire are highly encouraged, because we’ll be looking for the Best Dressed during the evening.

Halloween is coming to the orchard! Join us at James Creek Cider House on Saturday, October 31 for a full day of family-friendly Halloween fun, ending with our Trunk or Treat from 6–8pm!
Skip the neighborhood shuffle and bring the whole family to James Creek for an easy, fun way to celebrate Halloween. We’ll have activities for the kids, plenty for the adults, live music, food, and a few spooky surprises waiting around the orchard. 👻

Grab those costumes and candy buckets! Our Trunk or Treat gives families a one-stop place to trick-or-treat while parents can enjoy everything James Creek has to offer.
And we’re not forgetting about the people decorating those trunks! We’ll be holding a Best Trunk Decor Contest, so if you’re setting up, don’t be afraid to go all out. 🎃🏆

Thursdays at James Creek are always Music Bingo night! Bingo kicks off at 7pm with a food truck on-site from 4-8pm.
A special themed final round adds to the fun and winning prizes always adds to the experience! Grab a bite to eat, a cider and a bingo card and settle in for the best Thursday night around.
Trivia with Geeks Who Drink!
We are excited to partner with Geeks Who Drink to bring you a new, fast paced, energetic trivia night!
Every Wednesday, trivia will kick off! Food trucks out from 4-8pm, cider flowing and LOTS of fun trivia rounds!
Prizes, fun and contests for teams who come regularly! Gather your friends and grab a cider and a table and get ready for trivia!
