Our Ciders
Premium, harvest-based ciders from Southern heirloom and cider apple varieties.
These traditional-style, harvest-based ciders begin with ripe, hand-picked apples from our family farm in Moore County, NC. We press and blend select varieties of Southern heirloom and traditional cider apples as they ripen, crafting three distinctive blends from early, mid-season, and late apples, called Summer Gold, Whippoorwill, Harvest Moon and Russets and ‘Twigs.
Rooted in tradition and reaching for the stars, Stargazer Ciders are modern ciders with a Southern flair. Each cider begins with locally-grown North Carolina apples, including some old Southern varieties. Seasonal ciders are blended with the many fresh fruits grown on our farm or by our friends and neighbors. Other ciders age in spirit barrels mellowing and deepening their rich flavors. The Stargazer label designs mark the constellations wheeling over our orchards in each passing season and celebrate the beauty of the dark skies in rural North Carolina.
