Peach Trees in Bloom

Pete doing maintenance on the bladder press before it gets put away for the season; the last remaining Pink Lady apples were crushed this week.
Peaches in bloom. A peek at the newest ‘tasting-room-only” batch, a cider with caramelized sweet potato that we call Beauregard. Colin whisking honey into cider for Beehive Ginger, a labor of love. Beehive Ginger is back in bottles now, and so is Mighty Hunter Hopped, just in time for Spring.
