Shooting Star is a series of hand-crafted ciders from 100% local North Carolina apples. Like a brilliant streak across the night sky, these ciders are beautiful but fleeting, given their small batch size. Small batch #10 is crafted from Rome apples from Hendersonville and Brushy Mountain Limbertwigs from Moravian Falls.
